QB Design & Build is a family-run business built on trust, expertise, and a shared commitment to excellence. Our core team of professionals and skilled tradespeople specialise in every stage of residential construction - from the initial design concepts through to project handover. The company is led by Managing Director Qendrim Berisha, whose passion for design and build solutions drives the business forward. With a BA (Hons) in Architecture and experience spanning roles as Architectural Assistance, Project Manager, Party Wall Surveyor and team leader, Qendrim personally oversees each project to ensure the finished works not only meet but exceed client expectations.
At QB Design & Build, we work closely with homeowners to provide clear guidance and outstanding service tailored to their needs; with architects, engineers and interior designers to ensure every detail is delivered as imagined; and with developers to provide quality workmanship and reliable service that maximise project returns.
